6. Admission & Right of Refusal

7. Fees & Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to admission

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services

Deposits may be required to secure placement.

8. Refund Policy

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Refunds are not guaranteed for early termination of treatment

• Any approved refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of management

9. Client Conduct

Violation may result in immediate discharge.
